Donarra HDPE

Donarra high-density polyethylene is produced with unsurpassed flatness and quality up to 3/4” in thickness. Donarra HDPE natural is produced with an FDA approved resin. It is extremely versatile with outstanding properties and good chemical resistance for a wide variety of applications, at a very competitive cost. Donarra HDPE can be easily cut, colored, machined and welded for easy fabrication. It may be used for some structural fabrication because of its superior strength, much more than Low Density Polyethylene. It is moisture resistant and impact resistant. The material will not splinter, and is very resistant to cleaning agents.

Polylite Sheet
Donarra Polylite

Donarra Polylite is a lighter, more economical version of the popular Donarra HDPE.

This marine-grade sheet has a high density polyethylene cap on both sides of the sheet and a closed cell structure inner core which has an excellent surface finish that can be used in high-visibility applications where structural strength and a finished edge are not important. Donarra Polylite sheets are up to 15% lighter in weight than Donarra HDPE, and can be made with various surface finishes and colors for a perfect match. As with Donarra HDPE, Donarra Polylite is made with excellent consistency and flatness, and has a thickness tolerance of plus or minus 7%.

U.V Stabilized Marine Board
Donarra Marine Board

Donarra marine board is U.V stabilized to withstand the harshest marine conditions. It will not rot or discolor like teak and other solid woods, and it will not delaminate like wood laminates. Donarra marine board is easy to work with using standard woodworking tools, and design changes are simple. In addition, the installed cost of Donarra marine board is less than fiberglass and other materials used in the marine industry. Our large sheet sizes maximize your yield. Customers appreciate Donarra marine boards’ low-maintenance finish. Repair and refinishing due to weathering and decay are eliminated, and cleaning is easy. Donarra marine board can be finished in a variety of textures on both sides to hide scuffs and scratches that would show on glossy textured sheets

Waterproof Sheet
Donarra Tuff Stuff

Donarra Tuff Stuff is a heavy-duty, waterproof, attractive and easy to clean, HDPE board designed for commercial applications as well as various industrial applications. Donarra Tuff stuff is long wearing, providing excellent performance in numerous applications requiring impact and abrasion resistance or noise reduction. Donarra Tuff Stuff material requires no special care and can be cleaned with water, steam, detergents, or disinfectants. Some benefits include abrasion and impact resistance; it is easily machinable and performs well in extreme low temperatures. Donarra extrusions saw an opportunity and so designed a unique additive package to be a perfect complement to HMWPE and to bridge the performance gap between HDPE and HMWPE. Donarra Tuff Stuff can allow distributors and manufacturers to reduce costs while suffering no performance loss.

Donarra Cutting Boards

Donarra Cutting Boards are an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating the bright, clean, sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require. Odors and cleaning fluids wash completely off.

Donarra Cutting boards will not dull knives like glass and wood. It is made to last in the most demanding commercial environments. It is easy to clean, easy to maintain, and will not rot or splinter and complies with FDA guidelines for a sanitary work surface.

How to Clean

Scrub the material with a strong bristle brush and professional-strength detergent to remove any debris or stains. Rinse with hot water. Sanitize with a ten percent bleach solution. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.

Donarra Cutting board’s materials are dishwasher safe. Remove from the dishwasher before the drying cycle for the best result. Allow to air dry.

Donarra Color Match

Donarra Color Match is a high density polyethylene sheet that is UV stabilized for outdoor use. Its bright colors make it ideal for sign, industrial, marine, playground and recreational applications. Donarra color match can be finished in a variety of textures and is manufactured to the highest standards in the industry. Some base materials are FDA approved as are most pigments. It is made with a modified additive package to handle more stress than conventional sign and playground materials. Color match will not fade or discolor in direct sunlight. And you never have to worry about delamination, or warping with Donarra color match. Donarra extrusions can color match any color and we have an in house lab to ensure consistent color quality.

COEX UV Stabilized Sheet
Donarra COEX

Donarra COEX is a versatile, UV stabilized sheet with multiple layers of contrasting color. Its thin cap layers and bright colors make it ideal for signage, marine, playground and recreational applications. For versatility, standard colors are made to coordinate with Donarra Color match. The sheets are easy to engrave and machine, as the cap is approximately ten percent of nominal thickness. Some base materials are FDA approved as are most pigments. It is made with modified additive package to handle more stress than conventional sign materials. Donarra COEX is a superior sheet, and can be finished in a variety of textures and numerous thicknesses. It is manufactured to the highest standards in the industry.

Hdpe Roll Stock
Donarra HDPE Roll Stock

Donarra HDPE roll stock can provide roll stock sheet that is a superior alternative to steel, aluminum, fiberglass and wood in some applications. Our roll stock products are available in many differing lengths and widths and can be produced in a variety of colors, sizes and textures. Donarra HDPE roll stock can be manufactured in a wide variety of gauges from 0.020” and up.

Donarra HDPE roll stock that is required to be thermoformed is an in house specialty of Donarra extrusions. When an order is received, the appropriate material is chosen to yield the necessary physical properties such as melt index and density. The result is a sheet that has the proper "sag" during the thermoforming operation, assuring even material distribution and wall thickness.
